Bringing professionals together

CCC Alumni Association

At AVCCC, we bring together professionals who specialize in psychodynamic and systemic approaches to unconscious processes in organizations. Our association grew out of the Coaching and Consulting in Context (CCC), CIC and MPC courses, which are central to the executive program of USBO, the Department of Management and Organization at Utrecht University. Starting in 2021, this tradition will continue in the Inside Dynamics in Organizations course.

Our mission

AVCCC is an active network of counselors, coaches and consultants who work with unconscious processes in organizations. From the tradition of CCC training, we create an environment where learning through experience is central. Our network offers room for various forms of participation: whether you want to follow, lead, initiate or stay involved from a distance. We provide a platform for developing, sharing and maintaining knowledge, insights and competencies.

Facilitate network

To optimally facilitate an alumni platform for the network of former students of the Coaching and Consulting in Context program and predecessors of this program at the USBO/University of Utrecht, who have successfully completed this program.

Promote contacts

To promote and maintain social and professional contacts among former students after college.

Deepening

Contributing to systemic psychodynamic professional depth and development focused on work practice.

Clutch

Establishing a link between work practice and theory.

(Inter)national contacts

Establish and maintain (inter)national contacts in the psychodynamic and systemic field.

Training

Maintaining a relationship between training and association.
